Operational Standards & Legal Framework
Welcome to JAG Supply Chain Consulting LLC. By engaging our transportation and supply chain management services, you agree to the following operational parameters. These terms ensure transparency and reliability for all stakeholders in our Breckenridge logistics network.
Freight Liability
Standard cargo liability is limited as per CO law and industry standards unless otherwise specified in your Master Services Agreement. Have you reviewed your specific valuation options today? Claims must be initiated within 90 days of delivery.
Detention Policy
We pride ourselves on punctuality. Standard free time for loading/unloading is 2 hours. Beyond this, detention charges apply to maintain our driver schedules. Efficiency isn't just a goal; it's our promise.
1. Payment Intervals
All invoices are Net-30 unless we've arranged an alternative schedule with your accounts department. Late fees of 1.5% per month will accrue on balances beyond the agreed-upon window. Why wait for paper when you can join our digital invoicing stream?
2. Claim Processing
Transparency is key here. Every claim requires original bill of lading, paid freight bill, and proof of loss. Our team processes these at our Breckenridge HQ with a typical turnaround of 15 business days. We don't hide behind red tape; we cut through it.
3. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be settled via arbitration in Summit County.
